Great news is this position will be for Better Baked LLC (Cannabis products) AND Natures Essential Wellness (Nutrition, CBD and Hemp products). Even better...this position is both one-on-one individual retail and/or bulk wholesale sales. You have the opportunity to sell in the Cannabis industry and in the Nutrition industry giving you more income opportunities!
CLASSIFICATION:
Flexible hours, part-time, full-time and is 100% Commission. Additional compensation with Sales Contests included but not limited to quarterly sales incentives and monthly sales spiffs. We are not an MLM.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serves customers by selling cannabis, hemp and health products and meeting customer needs. As a Sales Client Associate, your primary duties will be to prospect for new business while upgrading existing clients. You will also be responsible for creating annual contracts, presentations and running product demonstrations. Sell products and services specifically pertaining to the marijuana industry with Better Baked or sell Nutrition and Hemp products to anyone with Natures Essential Wellness. Our products and services include: consumables, concentrates and other paraphernalia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential MMJ Centers and MMJ Stores.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of center.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual district analyses using our CRM.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Assigned district by zip code.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with sales process and practices.
Previous experience working in the marijuana industry preferred.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Energetic, aggressive, results-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Familiar with HubSpot CRM a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a Colorado resident.
You have a Department of Revenue marijuana employee badge (Colorado).
You are willing to participate in an extensive background check.
You can start immediately.
You are trustworthy and hardworking.
You have reliable transportation.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• 2 Year Sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment preferred
• 2 year Associates degree (in any field) must be with an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience a plus
