How do I log into my CannaStaff account?
1. In the log in box, enter your Username
2. Enter your Password
3. Click Login
What's the difference from Logging In and Registering?
Register: If you don't have a CannaStaff account, you can sign up for one in a few easy steps. To sign up for a brand new account, click on the "Register" link, then fill out the form including your information, desired user id and password. Then click "Submit."
Log In If you already have a CannaStaff account, you can log into your account from the appropriate "Login" page. Just enter your email address and password into the section at the top of the page and click "Login".
I can't Log In
1. Double check the spelling of your username and password.
2. Reset your password
3. Confirm you have registered and verify registration confirmation email
4. File a report to info@cannastaff.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I Log Out?
The option to log out of your account is located in the account dropdown menu at the top-right corner of CannaStaff.
I get an error message when I try to Log In
If you're seeing an error saying your username/password's combination is incorrect and you're sure you're entering the right password:
1. Make sure that your caps lock key is turned off and try again.
2. Reset your password.
3. Try upgrading your browser and resetting your password again.
4. Try using a different web browser (ex: Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)
